Our workflow is mainly divided into 4 major processes

  • You send us the documents – We receive documents from our clients in different ways, such as: a) Files uploaded on secure FTP, b) Files are emailed or faxed, c) Files are remotely accessed through a secure VPN, d) Files are accessed through a web application, d) Files are sent by courier or mail.
  • Documents received by us – We receive documents from our clients in different formats, such as:
    • Physical documents
    • Scanned image
    • PDF, XL, XML, Word files
    • Online source
    At times the documents received are in one of these formats or all of them, we sort out data and then data entry is done along with indexing.
  • Data Entry – Once we receive and sort out information to be digitalized, we start with data entry processes. We download given data and then after classification we perform data entry and alongside also keep measuring quality parameters and after confirming the level of quality, we send the completed document to our client.
